A legitimate registered address
Designed for the official registration process.
The allocated address is a genuine Georgian property address supported by the owner-consent procedure used for standard business registration through the Public Service Hall and National Agency of Public Registry. The registered address then appears in the company or entrepreneur’s official registry data and can be used in ordinary Revenue Service and business-administration records.
Banking remains independently reviewed. Georgian banks commonly work with businesses using a registered legal address, but every account application is subject to the bank’s own KYC, activity and substance checks. A bank may sometimes ask where management or operations actually take place, request proof of a real office, or require additional evidence for a higher-risk activity. This is possible but is not the usual outcome for an ordinary, transparent small business.

Your obligations continue after registration.
Tell us promptly if the business name, ownership, management, activity or contact person changes. Maintain working email and telephone details with the relevant authorities, respond to official correspondence and arrange renewal or an address change before the service expires.
A legal address is infrastructure—not anonymity. Authorities, financial institutions and service providers may request beneficial-owner, activity and source-of-funds information.

Is a Georgian legal address required?+
NAPR states that an entrepreneur’s legal address must be a physical address in Georgia. When changing it, the applicant must provide properly certified owner consent or another lawful document proving the right to use the property.
Can an LLC and an Individual Entrepreneur use it?+
Our standard package can be used for one accepted Georgian LLC or Individual Entrepreneur, subject to onboarding and the registration procedure applicable to that entity.
Is this a physical office I can work from?+
No. The 350 GEL package is a registered legal-address service, not a desk, coworking membership, meeting room or premises lease.
Can I advertise the registered address as my staffed office?+
Not under the basic address package. You may identify the address allocated to your business where legally and contractually appropriate, but you must not imply that your staff or operations are physically based there. Public branding, reception and meeting use require a separately agreed service.
Is mail reception included?+
Not in the basic legal-address package. A separate Tbilisi mailing-address service is available for 350 GEL per 12 months. Handling limits, collection, scanning and forwarding costs are governed by that service’s written terms.
What does the Georgian phone live assistant include?+
It is an optional 480 GEL/12-month add-on providing a Georgian contact number with live-assistant handling. The agreement confirms the greeting, message delivery, operating scope, fair-use limits and any extra work. It is not a 24/7 call centre unless expressly agreed.
Will a bank accept the address?+
The address can support business registration, but banks perform independent KYC, substance and risk checks. No address provider can guarantee account opening or bank approval.
What happens after 12 months?+
The service must be renewed or the registered address changed through the appropriate procedure. Do not allow the contractual right to use an address to expire while it remains recorded as your legal seat.
Can it be arranged remotely?+
Document coordination may be possible remotely. If the address is part of a new remote company registration, representation, notarized Power of Attorney, Apostille/legalization, translation and courier work are separate from the 350 GEL address fee.
