A visa, visa-free stay, right to work and residence permit are related—but they are not interchangeable.
We start with citizenship, current lawful stay, intended activity, family links, property, income and timing. That prevents applicants from buying translations or valuations for a route that does not fit.

The State Services Development Agency currently lists these options for work, study, family-reunification and short-term real-estate residence applications.
Other routes may use different fees or processing options. The residence card after approval, translation, notarization, Apostille/legalization, certified valuation and government charges are not included in our professional fees.

A sensible application sequence
Confirm the exact permit basis, lawful-stay position and whether an immigration visa or right to work must come first.
Map income, relationship, education, employment, property or investment evidence to that route.
Coordinate translations, authentication, valuation and application forms only after gaps are identified.
Submit through the appropriate channel, respond to procedural requests, then complete the separate residence-card stage after approval.
Before you rely on a headline
It can permit lawful entry and stay, but it does not itself create resident status or settle permission to work.
Under the 2026 framework, the right-to-work decision can be a separate first stage with a short residence or D1 follow-up deadline.
The real-estate route uses statutory value and a qualifying certified assessment—not only the purchase price in a contract.
A favorable residence decision is followed by a separate address/residence-card process and fee.
