The route in one minute
The short-term residence route is available to a foreigner who owns qualifying immovable property in Georgia—excluding agricultural land—with a market value exceeding USD 150,000 equivalent in GEL.
A spouse and child/children can qualify through the principal holder, using proof of relationship and the holder’s permit. The authority—not the adviser or valuer—makes the final decision.
