Verify before applying
Check the institution and claimed programme with EQE and the relevant external body. Authorization can apply to a specific institution or programme, not every marketing claim.
Send the same questions
Ask each school for availability, placement test, class size, language support, safeguarding, calendar, full fees, transport and withdrawal/refund rules.
Visit during the real routine
Observe arrival, classrooms and outdoor space; meet admissions; then travel between the school and possible home at weekday school-run time.
Protect the transition
Obtain written grade placement and support plan. Keep prior reports, vaccination/medical information, passports, custody/consent records and translated documents ready.
